The Chief of Army Staff of Bangladesh, General Waker-uz-Zaman, held a courtesy meeting with Indonesian Deputy Foreign Minister Armanatha Christiawan Nasir.
The meeting took place on Tuesday, June 3, at the Army Headquarters in Dhaka.
During the meeting, both sides exchanged greetings and discussed ways to further strengthen defense cooperation and enhance bilateral engagement in military and security sectors between Bangladesh and Indonesia.
Deputy Foreign Minister Nasir also praised the significant contribution and professionalism of Bangladeshi peacekeepers in United Nations peacekeeping missions and expressed hope for continued collaboration in the future.
