Popular actress Azmeri Haque Badhon is making her debut on the big screen this Eid. In the film Esha Murder: Kormofol, directed by Sani Sanwar, she plays the role of a police officer. The trailer of the film was unveiled on Wednesday, June 4, at an event held at FDC (Film Development Corporation). During the event, Badhon spoke about her experience working on the film and reflected on her personal journey.

“I’ve had many bitter experiences with the police — so many that I could never finish telling them all,” Badhon shared. “But over time, my perspective changed. I made an effort to understand them and their work. That shift in understanding helped me embody the character more deeply.”

She added, “Playing a police officer was very challenging for me, but we all worked hard to present the story in the best possible way. I hope audiences will come to the theaters and enjoy the film.”

Alongside Badhon, the film also stars Pooja Agnes Cruze, Faruk Ahmed, Sharif Siraj, and others.
