Three members of the same family were killed after a motorcycle was hit by a truck while they were on their way home for Eid holidays in Shailkupa, Jhenaidah.
The tragic accident occurred on Thursday (June 5) afternoon in front of the Tobacco Center at Bhateri Bazar on the Jhenaidah-Kushtia highway.
The victims were identified as Golam Mostafa, his wife Selina Khatun, and their son Mahin.
The incident was confirmed by Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mrityunjoy Biswas of Jhenaidah Highway Police Station.
